      Absolutely agree with the other review about your ridiculous website. I am having the exact same issues, and have NEVER really been able to conveniently check my bank info online through your website since I opened an account with HFS over 3 years ago!! I always have to call, go to an ATM, or go in to check balances and get info which is annoying. Get it together, fix your website, it's 2018!

      Please Please Please. Update your website. It is the most frustrating way to try and pay my bills. It won't let me change my password and it claims that my correct email does not exist in the records. I have to keep on signing in my username and password many times before it allows me to log in. I use the website because it is convenient and that's how I pay all my bills. But yours is the worst so far. Please update everything and make it better.
