I can’t thank my Helm Associates rep enough for helping me through my loan. It was my first car loan and my rep was easy to work with and because of that my credit went up a lot. Never answers the phone and when I put on weekly auto debits from my debit card. I still have to call because they don't take it out. Hire more people for Chris sake. I'm sure we have all more important things to do than call Helm 20 times a day until someone answers.

So glad i left this place and got another car smartest move i ever made go to coleman kia they actually care for the customer and arent rude and theres no kill switch in the car...Lisa is horrible as well
