      This was my First Experience with HFCU. While I have heard a lot of GREAT things, I was “a bit” skeptical; it was Not a Large Nation-wide bank. I decided to Open a Checking account, then I applied for an Auto Loan. Mrs. Kathy Scott was my agent. She was a God-Sent. She made my loan process seamless, easy to understand & easy to accomplish! I Thank The Lord for agents like Mrs. Kathy Scott😇! HFCU should hire MORE like her.

      Got a car loan from Mrs. Costello. I've been a member for 44 years. Best experience ever. This credit union is head and shoulders above any bank. Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

      This bank is difficult to do business with. They declined a mobile deposit (from myself, different bank) because I didn’t designate “ for deposit only” on the back of my endorsed check. The website is a joke. Poorly designed and poor user interface. They charge a $7.95 fee to make online loan payments. There are so many other banks to choose from. Do that instead. Feels like a hassle to get your banking done here.
