  Extremely helpful! Just about every time I was in I was out in just a couple of minutes. Even when I had to wait it wasn't very long.

  Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Unorganized, Rude business. It seems about just once a month I have to sign paperwork/remind them when my loan payment should come out. It seems to always come out early, up to two weeks early, no matter how many documents I signed to change the date. I had to close my savings account, because my mother's name was on it, meaning I couldn't make any withdrawls. Even though, they told me I would be able to prior to opening it, and the reason I asked, is because it happened before. Ridiculous. Its my hard earned money, exactly why can't I access it? I'm 19. My money. My jurisdiction with said money. The blonde lady is very rude, and even yelled at me when I was a kid for trying to turn quarters into dollars saying "Don't come back in here again, ill only do this once for non customers." I literally had my bank card in my pocket.... was too afraid to say anything at the time. I just let her be mad....at a kid. Side Note: Not every teller is bad, my biggest issue is with the blonde one. She's always been mean to me. And still is. Which I think she is the head teller now, great, ill just drive to Napoleon then.
