      This Pawn Shop had been closed prior to me picking up what I had in Pawn for an entire week. They opened a day after my due date to pick up my pawned merchandise and this so called manager told me I was late. I pawned 2 Lawn mowers in excellent condition and I cannot believe they charged late fees when I had been there everyday for a week to pick them up early. His excuse was “Sir I can’t change what’s in the computer “ Lol.. ya’ll been closed due to Covid 19. Never go to this place if you have to borrow a few dollars. “NEVER”!!!

      Wheres andy?Went in to get my pawn out today and was told that i needed to get a background check to get it back in the snobbiest way ever. Filled out the form , then he proceeds to tell me that the system was down. I sat at the store for an hour "waiting for the system to come back up" with no luck . I eventually went home and called repetitive to see if the system had come back up and once again the answer was no and he also stated that he would call me when it was. It is now 7:05 pm and no contact. Today i felt a couple of emotions from my visit but most of all i felt profiled and swindled.iwill go back consisitently with the due amount in hopes that i could gain my weapon back so that i can discontinue my services here and probably will never pawn another weapon because of freak occurrences as such are now a thing
