      What a great local bank! Always had great service. They make you feel like you matter and not just some number in a system.

      I am done with this bank. I went on Tuesday to cash a check and I did have an account through this bank. So they say their system was down and they had 2 new girls in the front. One was named Allison I believe. And she was too busy drinking that strawberry frosty from Wendy's. But the one in Alexandria had the system down as well. But they handled the check. I have had so many issues with the heritage bank in cold springs.
