      Been with Heritage pretty much from when they started. Always prompt and courteous treatment and responses. They are so unlike the “big” banks that they are almost the not-bank-bank.

      I would like to say that I by far had an ok experience with this bank until somehow an automatic payment was set up for my account as soon as I learned of the issue I spoke to tele service then followed up next business day with bank branch went in filled a dispute but was told dispute was in my favor. First off how can you not stop payment after letting you know it was a mistake and my account was overdrawn because of it and you allowed an 1100 transaction go through and charging me overdraft fees and reoccurring fees as well I’m not banking here this is a scam to me and I’m not hearing this at all. Bad customer service period..
