      Not a customer but if I lived in the area they would definitely be first choice. I got into a snag attempting to deliver into the nearby Aldi’s and ended up in HCB’s parking lot. I had never delivered to the area before and as you can imagine it’s a bit of a faff trying to get yourself turned around in a semi truck in tight areas. One of the employees, John Freshwater? (I’m sorry if I got the last name wrong buddy) came up to me and not only offered his assistance but also offered to spot for me as I backed to get set up for leaving his parking lot. Most people would have just gone on about their day so believe me when I say I appreciate how he came over and made an uncomfortable situation much easier. Nice to see that there are still some good people out here. John, if I never see you again, you take care of yourself and thanks for the help!

      My debit card stopped working, so I went to find out why and I was told open revolving accounts. I had no idea what that meant so, I asked and was told it's when you have more than one account open. Although, in the 8yrs I have banked with them I have only ever had one account. They couldn't even find another one, but my card was never turned back on. Also, my online banking has never worked once.
