  These guys are Great. I refinanced my vehicle and started a checking and savings account. Very nice personal. Answered any questions. And they are not like the bigger banks or credit unions around here. They're there to help you out. Thanks guys

  Worst experience ever!!! I called to find out how to apply for a home loan and did exactly what they told me to do. The same day got a credit alert someone ran my credit report I did not received a call from them until I called them 6 days after to scheduled a telephone appointment for the next day with a loan officer. She was so confused thinking I was filling a credit application with her over the phone and I was so confused they told me online was the only way…..“Apparently Not the only way “ she couldn’t give me no information about my aplicación or nothing but I received an email few hours later the same day from MJ Delmore ( the guy who ran my credit report) If I wouldn’t call them I probably would be still waiting for days!! He is not even local in Rockford, his location is in Wisconsin. So why would Heritage credit union Assigned me someone from out of State? instead of someone local mortgage loan officer? finally I was able to talk to MJ Delmore and he told me some inaccurate information or just lied to me not sure but the local mortgage officer told me completely Opposite information. is Wisconsin different from Illinois? again not sure if I will ever find out. I gave them everything they ask from me within 3 days and I did not received a call or email from MJ Delmore at all. I call my local Heritage credit union she then told me she was going to find out what was going on with my credit aplicación. I have not heard from either one of them very unprofessional I feel so powerless and the worst part is I’m a member and have had a previous loans with them and I have paid perfectly on time. I feel so disappointing I wish them the best but if this is the best treatment they can do it will be a complete disappointment for anyone else.
