      I’ve never been more disappointed in a credit union. We came here to switch from a credit union in Tennessee. Took us over an hour to get an account set up, and since we got that completed over a month ago, we have had nothing but issues! Requested checks when opening the account, told no charge, then charged for checks, which then put us negative in the bank with the overdraft fee immediately after opening the account, forcing us to transfer money from savings, eating up one of my monthly transfers. Mobile app is slower than the speed limit in town. Now, one of my bills I paid on Thursday just hit the account, and due to its slow tracking, I was $10 short of the bill - so instead of allowing me to be -$10 for a couple hours until I can transfer money, they’ve now declined the payment totally, and charged me $30 for not having enough money to pay the bill. So they can take money out for themselves and allow me to be negative, but they’re going to charge me for not having enough money and still not pay my bills. 😡 Looks like our decision is made - will be closing the accounts here and moving back to our TN credit union that doesn’t screw us over completely!!!
