      Working in NYC, I have always had banking relationships with big banks like Chase, Bank of America, and Citibank. I recently opened accounts and applied for loans with a Hudson Heritage FCU branch located in Central Valley, and I had the most amazing experience!!! The personal and professional services I received from my Financial Service Representative, Gaitri Mahadeo-Ramphal, were truly outstanding. She was diligent in emailing me updates on my loan applications and was extremely quick in preparing my loan documentations as soon as the loans were approved. The proceeds were deposited immediately and all were completed without me having to follow-up with her. She expedited the processing of my loan efficiently and in such a friendly professional manner!!! When Gaitri was not available, the Branch Manager, Martha Saldarriaga, assisted me instead of asking me to wait till Gaitri came back to the branch. The teamwork in this branch was such a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend this branch with their amazing staff.
