  I’ve only had the opportunity to work with Bob & if you need someone who is trustworthy, he is definitely your guy!! I cannot recommend him enough. If you don’t want to deal with any surprised costs, dishonest sales approaches (some of which I think should be illegal, in my opinion) or any added stress to an already stressful situation such as refinancing or buying your home, reach out to Bob! No need to hunt around for the best or try to decipher the numbers in front of you because you know you’re getting the best deal which is in the best interest of YOU, not them! (Crazy right, practically unheard of!) Rather you are a first time home buyer who doesn’t know what they’re looking at, someone who is looking into refinancing or even if you’ve done your research and you’ve learned a little bit from this wonderful thing called the internet, you don’t have to worry about feeling like you didn’t get the best deal or that you should’ve gone with someone else! Trust me when I say, you do NOT want to use anyone but Bob & his company! (Seriously, I’ve had to shop around & I always get let down) Thank you for being an honest & trustworthy lender Bob!

  Please please please do NOT work for this company. I was a community manager at one of their properties. The home they put me in was a disaster, I had no hot water for almost two weeks, and raw sewer in my tub and dishwasher several times. The whole park has water so bad it turns your dishes yellow and is not drinkable. You can not do laundry without sewer coming up in your bath tub. On top of all that because I had had enough with sewer and water issues, I walked away, they decided not to pay me for the last week I worked. I would not recommend living in this community or working for a company who would rather bandaid a problem rather then fix it, and let its residents suffer.

  This company constantly screws with it's clients. The home I purchased was previously owned by another, who I helped move out. Some time between him moving out and me owning the home, all the water lines busted, because the company didn't shut off the water. It cost be $4000 to repair, which they refused to accept responsibility. They often process payments late, so they can charge late fees. They even are doing this during the pandemic. You can't talk to those in charge because they don't answer their phones. Horrible people.
