  DAVID AVERY is the best to work with!!! At first I didn't really believe David when he told me that he could help me refinance as we are in a unique situation - I am a student working part-time with two properties. A bank we had done business with before kindly turned us away, but David and his team were able to help us refinance. We were able to pay off our new car, a HELOC, and give us cash to someday invest for our next property. He was able to do all of this without a noticable change to our monthly mortgage payment. I highly recommend getting in touch with David and he will work with you to make a personalized plan for you to reach your goals!

  Hunter Zier and his team, Tanya and Jackie are hands down out of this world!!! A year ago Hunter and his team helped us buy our first home in this crazy market! The whole process was smooth, and not as scary as I thought it would be, because Hunter answered every single question we had and was always working late and hard to get us to close. We are now in the process of refinancing our home and his team helped us save on our mortgage payments monthly and remove the PMI!!!
