      We purchased a home, paid in full with retirement fund. The home was delivered six months ago. As per Heritage Housing's contract it was to be joined and trimmed out in two days. It still has not been done. None of the needed repairs or promises by Michael Wagoner have been done. We have had to file with the Housing Department of the State of Texas a report, only to find Heritage Housing had not filed our ownership papers with the State. Buyer beware. Heritage is a company owned store by the manufacturer Legacy Homes, neither the parent company or company retailer have been customer oriented. Shop elsewhere if you want a quality product or experience.
