  I used Heritage Title Company for closing of a property. They sent the Water Department a different buyer's name instead of my LLC name which resulted in a wrong water certificate. One of their employees (Lin Martino) said the Water Department never answered her phone calls which is wrong as she needed to wait for 30 to 60 min for them to reply and obviously she didn't want to wait that long on a phone call. The other employee (Carlos Robles) who sent the wrong water certificate said he can't call them as he is not the owner and I must call them! After I called the Water Department multiple times, they didn't correct the owner's name, so I decided to go to their office in downtown. There was a penelty for delayed bills and I paid for parking too. When I emailed both employees at Heritage Title Company asking for a compensation, they never replied to me. Very unprofessional!

  I've come here for a few closings and I like that they offer coffee and fruit. Free street parking around the office. They also have long tables with office chairs ready for closing. As for the staff, they are friendly and ready to help you with everything needed to get the job done. One of the draw backs is the front desk, the front desk used to be bilingual but this time I stopped by, it was not. My customer spoke Spanish and some English so it would have been better to have someone bilingual at the front desk.
