  I pawn a Nintendo switch to this guy and waited a couple of weeks to get it out. Upon arriving to retrieve my item 3weeks later, I was told that my item fell into default that same day, ready to be sold on the floor. I did not receive any warning texts or calls regarding the matter. Also I wasn't notified that I had mistakenly left a video game cartridge and memory car inside the Nintendo switch. These items also was put out on the floor for sale. Again this establishment did not notify me about anything. They were look for a easy come up$$!

  Bad customer service, I called to ask questions an got told "just come in" then hung up on! Like this is ridiculous how it hasn't been brought up to management regarding giving customers valid information about your company's policies. I see no reason to let anyone work anywhere if you cannot explain your your company. I will be making calls to management an next I got your store I will be doing a public awareness video based on customer service an the Representation of your store from your employees. All I wanted was to know if you bought power tools. I didn't ask for price. Yet I got told to Basically go figure it out on my own even though you guys put contact information to your store for questions like mine. I will also be informing people I know not to waist there time driving to you either so they don't get turned down how I was over the PHONE!
