As a single parent, selling my home of 18 years, I knew I needed the best, the perfect partner to help me navigate a fast paced, complicated real estate market.   Charlotte surpassed my expectations in nearly every area of buying a new home. I could not have imagined a better experience, and a better person to have led this navigation. Charlotte is smart, professional, courteous, compassionate, personable, very hard working, available, conscientious, and grounding. Going into the process, I naively thought that a buying agent might have an inside path to upcoming or private properties for sale, they’d do some walk-through’s, and then some basic paperwork at the end. Charlotte proved me wrong about the process, and what the abilities of a good realtor could offer. Charlotte answered all my questions (often one’s that should not have been directed her way). And in a timely manner. She presented realistic outcomes with optimistic goals. She listened when my frustration and disillusionment surpassed my better judgement. She knew when candor and firmness was required. She offered assistance when none was asked of her. Her ability to communicate, and hold highly functional relationships with colleagues (agents, lawyers, contractors) was stellar. Charlotte invested herself in reaching the outcome, I, the buyer was hoping the achieve. I occasionally joked with Charlotte that she needed to put her cape away for the day. In many ways, to me, for this home, at this time in my life, Charlotte was something of a superhero. I thank her immensely and could not recommend her more.

  We hired Herrick and Lutts to sell our commercial property. From the moment we contacted Paul Herrick and Nick Zolotas we knew we had made the right decision. Nick, knew the area very well and helped us every step of the way. Whenever we had a question, Nick responded very quickly and guided us through the process.
