Satisfied customer. Big problem today went to the bank to do some errands, surprise I don't have the amount of funds as I expected.. teller was very polite, considerate and was able to tolerate me with a smile as of course fustration sets in.. after some back and forth, a couple printed papers we got to the bottom and found a resolution. Seems they stayed after hours to solve my problem as they called later that evening to assure everything was back in order. Very happy with the results and how this situation was handled until next time Mahalo
