      I just walked into this place for the first time in nearly 20 years of living here. Walked right out. Customer service person could not even look at me, barely answered my question, and appeared incredibly rude. I asked a simple question. I won't be back here, there's a place up in Lenoir that is on the polar opposite side of treating customers. Guns Too in Lenoir. Remember it. That's where I'll be going tomorrow. Edit: that same afternoon, I went to Lenoir, walked into Guns Too, and the counter person was outstanding, had the gun I wanted, had kept it on hold for me till I could get there, and was a gentleman all the way. Hickory Pawn and Gun could use a lesson in customer service and basic decency from Guns Too.
