This company is a sham. They will give you commitment letters, term sheets, etc. then closing day will come and go and nothing. They also solicited for a credit card consolidation; made $10,000, and then every payment was returned after 3-5 days. They are crooks and you need to run far far away. There are plenty of other reputable private lenders who are not con artists. We have already contacted the authorities.
