This is the slowest,, most careless "settlement" company you could use. If you do not care about paying 5 extra days of interest payments on property you no longer own High Crest is the one for you. They re in no hurry to closeout your home sale.. They will get to it just give them a ring. Now Make that 6 DAYS OF EXTRA INTEREST STILL WAITING FOR FORMER MORTGAGE TO BE PAID OFF. NO HURRY THE BANKS LOVE THE EXTRA $$$

Genny was the agent assigned to me and while having the title of manager I found the service she provided to leave quite a bit to be desired. I attempted to get in touch with her multiple times by phone and email to confirm my closing date, no response and I had to get my realtor to contact her as she would not return any messages. 1 day before the proposed close date she emailed me with a new date and a lot of boilerplate copy/paste info on the closing (what to do if I were using a lender, when I had already indicated I was paying cash). When the settlement docs came through I had a few questions, and my realtor said Genny could explain it best. Email and called Genny and she said my realtor would have to explain. I wrote an email to both, and then she explained anyway, not sure why she was giving me the runaround when she knew the answers. When the closing went through I asked Genny about when I would receive my deed. No response. A few months later I purchased another lot, I asked about having them perform the closing, no response. Ended up using a local attorney to do the closing, much easier to deal with and a lot less expensive too.
