  We were referred to Albert Aimer and I am so glad we were. Albert is an amazing honest, hardworking, conscious, and very dedicated person. He stays on top of his clients needs. He is always there to help you navigate the process. We had a lot of questions and he patiently answered every one of them. He kept us updated on all aspects of our refi and the process was smoothly completed in record time. I would highly recommend Albert and High Tec Lending! If I could give him 10 Stars I would!!

  I was referred by my realtor agent to Albert. My first impression of Albert is that he keeps it real. Very knowledgeable about everything, able to articulate information so precise and clear. With my situation of having to sell a house and buy a house which I had no clue on how I would tackle this, Albert was able to come up with scenario, plans and gave me an excellent informed decision. I had some issues with some of my supporting documents and he was able to steer and guide my loan approval flawlessly, as complicated my situation was, Albert was able to get it done and when escrow got closer, it was a done deal and his attention to detail ensured nothing went wrong during closure. I highly recommend Albert, and as a active military, he got my home sweet home regardless how complicated being in military. Thank you and I was at ease knowing your full support.

  Albert is amazing in all aspects. He is quick, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. Whenever we needed him, he was always quick to respond, usually within minutes or hours, and he always had the best solution for our problems. He made sure the loan process was as quick as possible and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions made, each step of the way. My wife and I would not know what we would have done without him. If you are looking for someone reliable, attentive, and knowledgeable, Albert will be with you every step of the way!
