Do not walk away from this company….RUN! We spent a lot of money on our house and our yard looks awful. After talking with my neighbors, Highland let our grass sit on pallets for over a week before trying to install it. Our yard was not leveled and we were asked to water it twice a day for weeks after closing, taking on that high water bill cost. It’s been two months and my yard is embarrassing. I can’t pull weeds without pulling up the sod.

Their houses seem to be constructed well and have decent features. I have concerns and feelings about certain things that happened when looking for a home that are unrelated to the quality of their homes.
