Beautiful home poorly made. Instead of fixing items they rig it instead and if they cant rig it they just walk off. They send someone about the warranty issue then either ignore it or replace with subpar equipment. Example: They damaged the tub during the build and replaced it with a rusty tub. My backyard floods and all they say is turn off the sprinkler system. Door is uneven so they rigged it so the door will latch and looks like my 8 year old did it. Backdoor is also uneven and because they couldn't rig it they just left it. Garage door need to be repainted but they just do spot work. As expensive as these home are, they use the most inexperienced people possible

Too expensive, and they just put up the prices yet again. Yes they build a good home but again I just don't think they're worth that money they're living area and masters very small.
