      Ashby walked through all the things I needed and I think I got a good rate. He was easy to work with and the process was relatively easy and automated. He also took the time to speak with me on the phone a few times and go through my options. I appreciated that.

      Update: Ashby called me to talk about my situation in detail. I’m changing this from 1 star to 4 stars. In a nutshell, he explained what options he’s aware of for my unique situation, and he apologized for not contacting me sooner. He missed/lost my email and did not receive my phone call. Original Review: It would be nice if Ashby would just pick up the phone and talk to me. They’re time is too valuable to just have a quick phone call. Emails and web forms is their preference. If you like old school conversations over phone or in-person, I think these guys aren’t the best for that.

      Scott Dill has produced two mortgages for us and could not have performed more superbly on both. His professionalism, industry knowledge and inside-out understanding of the process resulted in about as seamless a journey through the minefields of the mortgage process as we could expect. Wasn't sure the most recent mortgage was going to make it to close but Scott refused to allow the process to fail, got out in front of it and we closed on time. Outstanding work, Scott!
