  Craig helped my fiancé and I purchase a house from January - February 2021. We are first time home buyers, and we were pairing this with planning our wedding that is only a week after our closing date. This required us to use someone who had a clear process and help with normal struggles for young first time buyers. Craig worked out great for us, as he was experienced, professional, and had options that no other lender I spoke to had. Here’s a few reasons you should use him for your home buying process: 1. Has access to loans and programs most other lenders do not. Even if you feel it’d be difficult to get a loan, give him a call. He might have an option that would work for you. 2. Quick communication, responded to most emails within the hour, within 24 at the latest. 3. Can work through problems other lenders might want to avoid or not spend the time to do. 4. App worked very well. Clearly labeled what stage in the process we were, and every step we moved up an education video would be sent to us, letting us know what was going on. 5. Fast pre-approval. He also let me know what the upper range we qualified for was. Oddly most other lenders wanted me to pick a number and they’d just see if I qualified for that number. Seemed rather confusing. We purchased a beautiful starter home, and are happy with the result. When we decide to purchase our next home, I fully plan to use Craig again.
