Don't bank there they charge you a 2.00 per day in fees if you happen to be in over draft I was 80.00 dollars in overdraft and I sent them a check for 60.00 dollars to cover most of it then they tacked on another 40.00 in fees also worst customer service i ever had I would never bank there again they don't care about there members.

Hello Steven, so sorry you feel this way. As a credit union, we need to protect our membership base and their funds. We allow accounts to go into overdraft for 7 days before we tack on a modest $2.00 fee. Essentially, you were taking a loan from Highmark without a contract. It is unfortunate you felt the need to share your personal situation here, when we simply followed credit union policies and procedures to protect our membership base. Furthermore, we are very proud of our staff and our customer service. We have amazing, kind, empathetic employees who work well with members.

Bryan and Laurna have been truly awesome in helping me get new business and personal accounts going. When you call the bank, you actually get ahold of a helpful and friendly human everytime. No long lines, they have most features that you get at larger banks and you always get quick help if you have any questions. I am very impressed and pleased switching to this credit union. Give them a shot and I think you will be happy.
