  Can’t thank the whole team over at Hill Financial enough, especially Joey and Robert! They helped me get my business started when most wouldn’t. Always straight forward communication. They don’t talk down to you like most companies and treat you like a friend. I would highly recommend them to all my Friends and Family!

  If I could leave a one star I would. I was told when I signed for the loan that there wasn't a prepayment penalty. That was a lie I tried calling John the owner and I was screamed at for 3 minutes and was not given a chance to respond he hung up on me. I am in this type of business and would never talk to customers this way.

  Mr. Roberts complaint is unfortunate as the information he is stating is not only untrue but inaccurate. The program we set up for Mr. Roberts was for a simple $13,000.00 note for 60 months, as we were the brokers for this transaction not the actual funder as due to the size of the note, we had to find the best bank for his situation we could, which we did, Financial Pacific Leasing is the bank carrying this note. We stated to Mr. Roberts the truth that there are no prepayment penalties but to ensure you get the best pay-off possible you will need to carry the note for a minimum 12 to 18 months based on the term you chose of 60 months. If any client tries to pay the note off earlier than this, we have no control over the final pay-off. Mr. Roberts wanted to pay the note off in 8 months, due to this situation the bank carrying the note (Financial Pacific Leasing) controls and has the right to dictate their costs of funds and what the pay-off they need to issue to stay in the black. In regards to speaking with Mr. Roberts, we have several recorded VM’s of him being very upset and aggressive in tone per the issue he was calling about. When we actually spoke with him, he would over talk every time we tried to explain the situation, as he did not want to hear the truth, he just wanted his way and what he thought the payoff should be or Mr. Roberts threatened legal action, so at this point we ended to conversation. If Mr. Roberts wants to continue making good payments for 12 to 18 months and then try to get a better pay-off we will be more than willing to help him obtain that, however he would need to remove this 1 star review for this baseless claim, as we take pride in making sure all our customers are treated with the best programs they qualify for and treated with the highest level of respect, but respect has to go both ways.
