      Hills Bank staff has always been super helpful and went above and beyond of what we expected. Service is always excellent and all the employees are friendly. It feels like coming home when I visit the bank in person. At both Marion locations.

      Closing on our house wasn't even an "ok" experience. There was nothing I wanted more than to just close on my house, to not have to deal with Holly Randall again. She was very rude and not very helpful. We didn't use a realtor and she complained that it was more work because we didn't use one. Was not straight forward about major things!! Everything was always last minute. Overall had a terrible experience.

      The branch on 7th had amazing customer service.....like family when you walk in! “ Lori squared” were there for me when I was in a bind. Wish they had a Hills where I moved. Would definitely recommend to those who live in the area.
