      The staff (Holly especially) was exceptionally helpful in completing our home refinance. We looked at multiple banks, and they were all too busy to respond. Not Hills, they got right back to us, and helped us lock in outstanding rates. Easy and painless.

      The male who worked at the drive thru window was very unprofessional and hardly said anything to me at all. This has happened twice already around the month of July.

      Horrible branch with poor customer service. I wire money once every couple of months and they constantly screw this up. When the tellers were allowed to do this it was fine, but when it became a management duty failure became the norm. Also, some of the older tellers are rude and often snide. You are better off going to another branch or doing what I did and switch to another bank that was more convenient.
