My experience with customer service has always been great! I love the honesty and they let you know exactly what you need and they don’t try to put extra stuff on you, very, very happy going there Liz is always very pleasant and professional.

The one star is for a very courteous service rep when I went in for service. However, hugely disappointed for 2 reasons 1) I was signed up for marketing emails for Nissan and for Carfax without my permission. 2) I went in for a recall notice and was told the part had to be ordered based on my VIN, never got a call back and it's been just over 5mos, yet keep getting emails for recommended service. On top of that, Nissan makes unsubscribing from marketing emails unnecessarily complicated. Luckily just traded in both of my Nissans and don't have to deal with them.

Just a routine Oil Change, but I've gotten to know Service Mgr Leigh over the years and she is just terrific! She's always very positive and friendly, always contacts me on a timely basis when my car is ready, and is usually spot-on predicting when it will be complete. Kudos!!
