      Was not as much concerned with what my needs were. Was more concerned about what money they would make from the transaction. Purchasing a home for 70k(foreclosure). Alena stated that she would not make enough money off of the transaction therefore referred me to other banks. I understand that we are all in the business of making money. But I am quite confident that she wouldn't " have to complete the transaction for free" as she stated she would have to do. Banks have a minimum that they will be willing to lend. If that were the problem that we were faced with she could have easily said so. Instead she made the process about her which I saw as poor customer service.
