      I Looked at several homes in the Anna area and then saw this home listed in Van ALstyne, once my wife saw it then she knew this was our home. We continued to look at different homes and kept coming back to this one. We have been here one year now and feel that this is the best decision we ever made... We LOVE our schools, we love our town, we love our neighbors, and most of all we love this house that we now call home. Shanessa, was awesome and showed us several floor plans... but our gut kept bringing us back to this one..

      Watch the $10,000 off sell. It's a switch and bait plan. You'll get the, "oh, not in this community response". Buy if you like but don't expect a discount. They will probably give you some items up to $10,000, but not a price break. Good luck.
