      HMS Capital DOES NOT offer what is advertising!!! I have two properties and have done several mortgage refinances but this is the worst company I've dealt with. After paper works submission and more than a week of initial contact, I still didn't get the good faith estimate. Yet, I had to make several follow up phone calls and each time that I got lucky to speak to the loan originator, she kept increasing the loan fees/costs... I ended up cancel it and it was absolutely a waist of time!

      HMS capital does not return phone calls, I constantly had to call them once they had all my information. They do not offer the services as advertised. I personally think they are a waste of time.
