  My parents bought a house and put it out to rent and a family moved in by the week. They have been renting there for 6 months already, and today they went to go ask for a loan because they haven’t paid the rent from March and April. They called my mom to verify they were actually renting there and my mom said yes and gave him the address also when he asked for it. He asked for a lot of confidential info that wasn’t supposed to be asked. Well anyways later on today the renter calls my mom and asks if it was true that we were going to make them move out, and my mom answers no and why would she ask that. Then she says the man she spoke to which was Joe mentioned to her that my mom said we wanted them out of the house in a short matter of time. I don’t recommend this place they tell lies behind your back. If you don’t want to loan them the money just say it with your own words. Super bad service please don’t make the same mistake they did of going, really not worth it.
