  This company obviously doesn’t hire quality crew members. Our family is building a new home in Port Saint Lucie, FL. As an excited family with young children we wanted to be as involved as possible with our new build. That includes visiting the property weekly to see the progress. My 8 year old daughter was excited to see her new room and wanted to write on one of the wooden beams. She wrote “Armani lives here, my room :)” as any excited young child would be for her first family home. We visited the property a week later only to find a distasteful message above my daughters writing, stating “The boogie man lives in this room”. We visit this property often and obviously bring our children as well. Even after knowing that this was a young child who wrote the excited message, and knowing she would be terrified after seeing the reply, one of the “grown men” on the construction team still decided to write this message. This company clearly lacks quality/respectable team members

  Hello Everyone, I am starting a review that I plan on updating as we go along. My Wife and I signed our contract on August 1st of 2021. At the start we were told 12-15 months. Which was fine. Sign a new lease at our new place and keep going. We have had to reach out to sales to get updates on everything with not much ever being known. Had to do my own research to see that permits have been approved as of February 1st. These permits had been rejected 3 times from the City as well, delaying things even more. As a builder they should have known the codes that where rejected as well. We currently do not have any time line on a move forward plan. This is disheartening as everyone knows interest rates keep climbing. At this point I know things are delayed but would really like a time line on our beautiful home being built. On another note, one right next door to ours with the same permitting time has broken ground and already started to build. Update: I have started receiving regular updates as well as a potential start date for building our dream home. We are still very excited and happy to see quick response from multiple people on the Holiday Builders team!!
