      Very happy to work with a bank that will only reverse 1 overdraft fee of 3 charged in a single day, especially during the corona pandemic. Very very upsetting to see this from them.

      I wanted to do 0 stars because we we towed from you bank tonight. Saturday December 15. Your signs say 9-12 on Saturday no parking during business hours. We went to dinner at 5 pm and we were gone for an hour and a half. Cass towing towed our car in that time at the cost of $225 dollars! We had two baby seats in the car and were stranded in the cold. Not to mention I had two Air Force service members whom are my family in the car with me. The car also had veteran plates. Cass Towing is the rudest company I have ever dealt with. I don’t know if this is your usual banking etiquette to have people towed after banking hours.
