  Billy Davis was absolutely amazing!!! Anyone looking for someone to help them get a mortgage for a home Billy is definitely the guy... He was so knowledgeable and really got me the best deal humanly possible, Billy went above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful!!!

  I worked with Billie for over 5 months, working to get my credit in order and pay down some debt that would put me In a more favorable position to be approved for the home loan. Billie was there every step of the way, directing me on what accounts we needed to work on to pay down. When it came time for him to submit the package for approval, I was approved in less than two days. We did encounter and issues with the appraisal that almost derailed closing on our home, however, Billie worked hard on our behalf with the Appraisal company to re-review the original appraisal since homes were left out that were comparable to our home and would align more with the appraisal price we needed to be at in order to close on the home. Within days we were back on track and have since closed and our enjoying our new home. I am in a better situation financially and in a new home all because of Billie's due diligence and hard work. I could not be more pleased. You cannot go wrong working with this Home mortgage guru.

  For several months I had a very discouraging experience with the local credit union who held the mortgage on my home. My husband died, our joint account was frozen, and they refused to allow my assumption of the mortgage that I was already on. Confused and distraught beyond words, I contacted my CPA. He referred me to Billy Davis stating, “this is who you need, and he can make it happen.” Billy was a refreshing change, positive and assured me that he could take care of this. His attention to detail and knowledge of mortgage practices is exceptional; and his customer service is simply unparalleled. We closed within just a few weeks and he cut my interest rate almost in half, without charging me points! Billy Davis simply is the best at what he does. I wish I could give Billy more stars in my review.
