A customer paid me with a check from this bank. I went in to cash said check and was told there is a 25.00 charge to cash said check. Why would anyone bank at this bank.

We are sorry you experienced frustration. These types of policies are in place for banks across the US if the person cashing the check is not a client of the institution. The best way to cash a check is by going to your own banking institution. That being said, we understand that not everyone has a bank. If that’s the case, there are retail options and other check cashing services that specialize in this. Hope this helps.
