      My wife and I are clients of this bank, when we bought our house through the perfect bank, they did an unbeatable, incomparable job several years ago. About three months ago we tried to do a refinancing, we delivered all the documentation that was requested super fast and we had to cancel the results because they never gave us an answer. EXPERIENCE VERY BAD PERSONAL OPINION EVEN BAD.

      I have my home loan with HFC from 2014. I made an application for refinancing but everything was a lie. The customer services does not return email or calls and the broker SC is just as unresponsive as the CS is. I am not planning to have any other business with HFC. I DO NOT RECOMEND HFC for loan application. Please see other serious companies.
