  Mr. Long was the realtor who located my home more than 4 years ago. I had almost given up because the inventory of homes was minimum for my desired location. Mr. Long didn't give up. He continued his search for a home for me and my family. He always kept me abreast of the status of my offers and available listings. Mr. Long made sure that my closing was seamless and not complicated. My loan officer, Tony Mendez, and the title agent, Chris Patterson, worked together with Mr. Long to ensure that my home buying experience was positive.

  This have been by far the best experience I’ve had with a realtor. I was introduced to two other realtors before meeting Brandon, and thank god I met home because it was hard to contact the other two. They’d give me bad information, don’t answer calls, and even show me home in locations I wasn’t interested in. But when I met Brandon, it’s like a weight was lifted off me. He was very professional and punctual. Very informative to the point he wouldn’t end the call until I had a complete 100% understanding of what he was explaining. Available around the clock and had answers to all my questions. He never had to call me back with a answer. Also, a great negotiator. He talked my price down $20,000 under asking price and closing cost assistance. He set me up with a awesome team as well. This will not be the only house Brandon will sell me.
