They don’t have good program, calculating is not correct. They love charging late fees. They are not kind, but much rude.

Thank you for the review. You were exceptionally rude and couldn't understand why you're being charged a late fee. Please understand, we have no interest in charging late fees. Late fees are calculated based on the borrowers agreement with the lender as part of the note. We send out payment statements via email and mail regularly. However, it is the borrower's responsibility to remember and make payments on time. If a payment is not made on time and goes past the grace period, then a late fee is charged.

Beware! This place is shady! Address listed isn't correct address. I went by the office, they have never heard of these people. All of the reviews are people affiliated with the company, so be careful and do your research before doing business with this company!
