  I had a great experience with Sean Hogan at Home Loan Investment Bank in Cumberland. The whole process was quick and Sean was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend Home Loan Investment Bank!

  This company has the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever used. I needed a copy of a statement and they told me it costs $5 and takes 1-2 days. There’s no way to just go online and get a statement. I’ve had other issues with them. They are terrible

  DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Started working with Sean Hogan in March and explained everything to him and in November he told me he never knew I owned the property. Does that mean he never listened to a word I said? I feel like I was not taken seriously. From the first several conversations we’ve had over the phone, I clearly stated my situation. Don’t waste your time or energy. It took him from March to November to realize this. It’s like talking to a wall, he must have never listened to a single thing I said. I also had to constantly ask for updates and he would not reply to my emails. And I repeat again, horrible customer service, communication and experience. If I can leave less than 1 star, I would. ALSO, after a few conversations back and forth Sean Hogan was so difficult to work with, I even messaged a different loan officer and asked if he could help me instead but this other loan officer INSISTED I keep working with Sean Hogan. He assured me that Sean Hogan was one of their best. If Sean Hogan is the best loan officer, I’d stay away from Home Loan Investment Bank altogether!
