  T was extremely helpful in supporting us during the home buying process! He was meticulous about getting all of our documentation in order prior to submittal. This reduced any questions or hang-ups later in the process. We even had our closing numbers a full week before closing. As a first time buyer, T guided me through the process and handled all of my questions with patience!

  T. is an absolute superstar. He is highly professional, detail oriented, responsive and an executer. He just gets it done. I am very, very detail oriented and try to be super responsive. T. matched me step for step. He kept our mortgage process on track every single step of the way. We had some unusual complications in our mortgage process - through no fault of our own but the house we purchased. He helped us negotiate each step and ensured everything worked out. We closed a jumbo conventional loan in just over two weeks. I don't recommend pushing a process like that unless you absolutely have to (we needed to to make the sale and buy line up) - but without T we absolutely couldn't have done it. He made it happen for us and we couldn't be more grateful. Plus the pricing was awesome. He is a valued partner to my husband and I.
