  Contacted Jack Schwartz on December 23, 2021 at around 3:45pm. Inquiring about a possible refi. He promptly responded on Monday the 27th immediately after the Christmas Holiday. He was friendly, straight forward to the point, and honest. He explained the benefits of my wife’s and I current mortgage situation and also informed me that right now a refi would not make financial sense for us. I cannot remember the last time I wrote a review, but the fact that Jack was “short, sweet, and to the point” others need to know the integrity that Mr. Schwartz has. When it comes time for me or a friend in need of a Mortgage I will definitely point them in Jack’s direction.

  Nothing about our home purchase was clear or direct except the mortgage process, which is the exact opposite of what I've always heard. Greg was phenomenal and I truly appreciated how he was prompt, thorough, proactive and responsive. Connie was extremely detail oriented and did a lot of work to piece apart things in my finances which I didn't realize would have an impact on a home purchase, and I'm very grateful for that. As someone who works in logistics and operations, I actually enjoyed the mortgage process because I felt like I was dealing with experts and they were looking out for my finances and time constraints at every corner. I HIGHLY recommend not just Home Loan Specialists, but Greg and Connie in particular. I'll definitely be contacting Greg again when we plan to do home renovations in a few years.
