We have been thoroughly pleased with the loan products and customer service we received on each occasion. In all three instances, the loan/refi processes were executed quickly and efficiently. We have now been through the home buying process twice, and the quality of service we experienced between our respective lenders in each transaction was vastly different. We learned that having a Loan Originator that is reliable, fast-acting, and knowledgeable about the industry makes the course of buying a home much more efficient and enjoyable - and that’s exactly what we got with Brent. Brent is a great communicator. He was available to answer the never-ending stream of questions and concerns we had moving through the home-purchase process. We were consistently kept in the loop with regard to the respective stages of our loan, what documents and information he needed from us to keep the process moving forward, and most importantly, he was constantly making certain that we would end up with the best possible loan program and conditions that suited our financial needs. Because of Brent’s diligence we were able to facilitate our closing in only 3 weeks without a hitch. Moreover, we received a great interest rate and were qualified for a mortgage tax credit program that will allow us to save money for many years to come. Aside from Brent’s stellar professionalism and knowledge of the lending industry, he is also just a heck of a guy.   Brent, Dillon and Breanne were top notch! I have used them for a home purchase and refi and both times they were very response, explained things in ways I understood and took time to ensure I was well informed to make the best decisions. Their knowledge goes beyond just financing, they are up-to-date on trends and the real estate market.
