      100% Fact: Carlos did for me what others said couldn't be done. This guy found a way. This guy put in the work, was always responsive and, other than his choice in concerts (Cold Play?!).... This guy is worth his weight in gold. Carlos stuck out a long process, found and offered me multiple solutions to make a life long dream a reality. If I could give this guy 50 stars, it wouldn't be enough. If Carlos cannot make it happen for you.... be patient, put in the time/work and then go back to him. This guy did the "impossible" for me and my family and I will be forever grateful.
