  I could not imagine with working anyone else but Zach! Zach was amazing and explained everything in great detail. I never felt lost or overwhelmed because I knew Zach would be there if I needed help or had any questions. I cannot wait to make another purchase with Zach in the future. I would recommend Zach to anyone!

  Zach was an excellent mortgage consultant. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated the time he spent to thoroughly go through all aspects of the mortgage together with me. He has been great at communicating throughout all of our interactions, and has always provided clear answers to all of my questions. Thanks to his help and detailed explanations, there were no surprises that came up at any point. He was quick to communicate about items that needed my attention and kept me on track every step of the way through the home-buying process. Zach is very organized and made sure things got done. He made sure that I did not have to worry about my loan getting delayed. All the necessary steps for the pre-approval, appraisal, and securing the loan were completed in a timely manner, and my loan was approved with plenty of time before my closing date. I greatly appreciate Zach for the help that he provided to me in purchasing my first home amid a very competitive market.
