  If you are looking for a home and need some advice and help on how to go about it, Troy Perkins is the man!! I had little faith in becoming a home owner again, but he walked me through the process and kept in contact with me about the process and told me exactly what needed to be done. As much as I bugged, he was very responsive, punctual, and patient with me! He knew exactly what he was talking about and he got it done!!! This is a man of experience indeed and it was such a pleasure working with him! I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to purchase a home!!! I am once again a homeowner in a beautiful home!!!❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Troy!!!

  I have to say I was a first time home buyer and I knew nothing about the process, Troy Perkins was awesome in walking me through the whole thing. He was very patient with my calls almost daily and he truly believes, as do the rest of the team, in making the process easy as possible. My credit was less than perfect and we had many hurdles to jump, but they never once said no we can't do this. They spent the time and energy getting me the best loan available to me with my credit and I was able to get the perfect house for my family!!! Thank you guys so much for everything you did for us!!

  I contacted Troy and his team 2 days prior to my closing date. My bank dropped the ball and Troy was able to get with my realtor and contact the seller and his realtor and was able to extend my closing date and within about 3 weeks I was able to sign. They worked very hard and and were very quick I was very impressed. Thank you again Troy and team because of yal I now have a home for my boys and I. You wont be disappointed great service and team.
