      As a first-time homebuyer and not knowledgeable with the details and terminology that entails a home loan, I am happy to recommend Mr. Jerry Gonzalez. He was always a phone call or text message away to clarify and answer any doubts my wife and I had during the 8-month process. He assisted us in with information for improving our credit line, explained the documentation that was being filled out and in now way I felt rushed or hurried into signing something without knowing what it was, and assisted us all the way through closing. Even after closing, he answered my questions after the deal was done. I am glad that Mr. Jerry and Cross Country Mortgage were there with us every step of the way. He even gave me some BBQ'ing tips too.
